摘　　要：大宗交易作为一种主要的期刊资源采购模式,由于逐年递增的合同费用而遭到国内外图书馆界的抵制。笔者在对图书馆大宗交易的产生和发展进行系统调研的基础上,对退出大宗交易后可能出现的风险因素进行分析和实证测评,并根据测评结果提出一些思考和建议,以期为国内图书馆应对大宗交易困境提供理论支持。As a major mode of e-journals subscribing, big deal has been resisted by domestic and foreign libraries due to its increasing costs. Based on discussing the emergence and development of dig deal, an empirical assessment of risk factors of libraries opting out of big deal has been put forward in this article. And finally the article puts forward some suggestions in order to provide theory support for coping with the dilemma of big deal that domestic libraries are confronting.
