摘　　要：本文在智慧城市建设的物联网基础设施和应用平台之上构建社区图书馆,以探索新型社区图书馆的管理和服务模式,促进资源的深度共享。利用Android Studio环境,开发O2O模式的社区智慧图书馆系统平台,实现图书馆建设和管理、图书借阅和归还等服务的线上/线下无缝融合。社区图书馆的O2O运行模式不仅为用户提供了便捷的智慧服务,也为图书馆提供了丰富的用户数据基础以提升服务质量。Community library constructed on the basis of the Internet of things platform for intelligent city is the way to explore the new management and service mode, and to promote the sharing of resources. The research selects Android Studio environment to develop client application of the O2 O community smart library and realize the combination of online and offline library workflow which includes library management and book circulation. This mode can provide convenient smart service to users and save a quantity of personal user data to improve library service quality.
