摘  要:根据思山岭铁矿副井工程条件及技术要求,提出了6臂液压伞形钻架技术参数,对主要系统及部件的设计方案进行了研究,并进行了工程应用试验。通过研制伞形钻架悬吊系统,解决了6臂液压伞形钻架在大断面立井工作面的就位固定问题;对气水系统进行改进,解决了排渣用水量过大,影响工作面施工的问题;对液压凿岩机旋转机构进行改进,降低了凿岩机故障率。根据工程实际应用情况,分析了6臂液压伞形钻架存在的不足之处,提出了改进建议。According to the engineering conditions and technical requirements of the mine auxiliary shaft in Sishanling Iron Mine,the paper provided the technical parameters of the six boom hydraulic umbrella drilling rig and had a study on the design plan of the main system and parts.A trial was conducted on the engineering application.With the development of the suspension system in the umbrella drilling rig,the location fixing problem of the six boom hydraulic umbrella drilling rig in the large cross section shaft sinking face was solved.With the improvement on the compressed-air and water system,the problems were solved on water quantity too high to clean the drilling cutting,which was affected to the construction of the shaft sinking face.With the improvement on the rotary mechanism of the hydraulic rock drill,the failure rate of the rock drill was reduced.According to the engineering actual application conditions,the paper analyzed the shortages existed in the six boom hydraulic umbrella drilling rig and provided the improved proposals.
