摘  要:目的:观察微生态制剂治疗小儿厌食症的临床疗效。方法:160例厌食症患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,每组80例。观察组给予双歧杆菌四联活菌片,对照组给予多酶片,口服,疗程为1个月,治疗过程中每2周随访1次,共随访4次。待疗程结束,检测患儿血清微量元素含量及腹壁下脂肪厚度,评价两种疗法的疗效。结果:观察组总有效率高达90.0%,高于对照组78.7%(P<0.05);观察组患儿腹壁下脂肪厚度增加;与对照组相比,观察组患儿血清铁、锌含量增加(P<0.05),血清钙、镁、铜含量变化不明显。结论:应用微生态制剂治疗小儿厌食症能够增加患儿治疗有效率,增加患儿血清微量元素铁、锌的含量,值得在临床推广应用。Objective: To observe the clinical effect of microecologics on children anorexia. Methods: 160 cases of anorexia children were divided into experimental group and control group,80 cases in each group. The patients in experimental group were treated with oral bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets,and the patients in control group were treated with oral polyzyme tablets. The course of the treatments is 1 month,during which follow- up visits were done every 2 weeks,totally four times. After the treatments,micronutrient levels in blood serum and subcutaneous fat thickness under abdominal wall were measured to analyze the clinical effects of the two drugs. Results: The total effective rate in the experimental group( 90 %) was significantly higher than that in the control group( 78. 8 %)( P〈0. 05). The subcutaneous fat thickness under abdominal wall in the experimental group increased significantly when compared with that in the control group. Micronutrient levels in blood serum results showed that the levels of serum iron and zinc in the experimental group increased significantly when compared with those in the control group( P〈0. 05). The level changes of calcium,magnesium and copper in serum were not significant. Conclusion: Application of microecologics to anorexia children could increase the treatment effective rate and the children' serum iron and zinc level,which can be popularized in clinic.
