摘　　要：提出了一种可调谐的多通道光子晶体滤波器结构,并对该滤波器的滤波特性进行了仿真验证。分析了材料折射率变化对该滤波器滤波性能的影响。仿真结果表明,该滤波器的滤波性能优异,滤波效果符合稀疏波分复用器(CWDM)系统要求。The paper proposes a tunable multi-channel photonic crystal filter structure, and verifies the filtering characteristics of the filer. It analyses the influence of the material refractive changes on the filter performance. The simulation results indicate that the filter performance of the structure is excellent, and the filtering effect can meet the demands of CWDM system.
