摘　　要：亚洲国家与俄罗斯正在努力提高低轨军用卫星与民用遥感卫星性能,并积极开展地球静止轨道高分星的研发工作。日本、以色列、中国、印度、韩国等国家以及俄罗斯的低轨高分星地面分辨率最高已达(或优于)0.5m。地球静止轨道光学星中,中国高分四号地面分辨率达50m。此外,俄罗斯正在构建新型大椭圆轨道/地球静止轨道预警卫星星座。文章着重阐述亚洲与俄罗斯高分光学星的运作、技术状态与发展趋势。Asian countries and Russia are making efforts to improve the performance of military and civilian remote sensing satellites in low earth orbit and geostationary earth orbit.Japan,Israel,China,India,Korea,Russia etc.have already launched sub-meter resolution satellites in low earth orbit,among which the highest resolution reaches 0.5meter or better.Among the geostationary optical satellites,Gaofen-4can achieve 50-meter resolution.Russia has been constructing new-generation constellation of early warning satellites in both highly elliptical orbit and geostationary earth orbit.In this paper,Asian and Russian high-resolution optical satellites are introduced,including their operations,technologies and trends.
