摘 要:为探究短时间高速剪切对加剂原油改性效果的影响规律,优选出合适的过泵剪切模拟方式,以定靖三线混合原油-2为例,分别利用搅拌器和流变仪对加剂原油进行高速剪切,并以凝点和表观粘度考察高速剪切温度、剪切强度、剪切时间三个因素对加剂原油改性效果的影响规律,对比分析搅拌器高速剪切和流变仪高速剪切的异同。发现长时间或低温下的高速剪切对加剂原油改性效果影响较大,而短时间内剪切强度的变化对其影响较小,流变仪高速剪切的实验结果滞后于搅拌器高速剪切,因此管输过程中应尽量避免原油经受长时间或低温下的高速剪切,降凝剂加注位置可选在离心泵前,而过泵剪切模拟使用搅拌器更合适。In order to study the in influences of short time high-speed shearing on the mordification effects of crude oil treated by pour point depressant and find out the proper method to simulate pump shear in the lalioratoiy, the mixed crude oil—2 in the third pipeline from Dingbian to Jingbian is taken as an example by using stirrer and rheometer respectively to shear crude oil treated by pour point depressant in high speed, observe the influence of temperature, strength and time of high—speed shearing on the modification effects of crude oil treated by pour point depressant through pour point and apparent viscosity, and analyze the similarities and differences between high-speed shearing of stirrer and rheometer. It is found that long-time or Low-tem perature high-speed shearing has a greater effect on the modification effects of crude oil treated by pour point depressant which is not sensitive to the change of the shearing strength in a short time, and the experimental results of high-speed shearing of rheometer fall behind those of stiirer. As a result, in the pipeline transportation, crude oil should avoid long-time or low-temperature high-speed shearing and pour point depressant can be added before the centrifugal pump; stirrer is more suitable for simulating pump shearing.
