摘 要:在内径Φ=100 mm的填料塔内,以空气-水为物系,对三角形螺旋填料的流体力学性能进行了测定.通过对实验数据的回归,获得了其压降Δp/Z、泛点因子φ_F的关联式.实验结果表明三角形螺旋填料通量大、压降低,实验结果对设计有参考意义.The hydrodynamic and mass tranfer performances of triangular packing were investigated in a φ100mm column with air-oxygen-H_2 O system. hydrodynamic and mass tranfer performances of the packing were obtained. Through regressing experimental data,the correlated expressions of the pressure drop Δp / Z,factor of flooding point Fand the height H_(OG) of overall mass-tranfer unit based on liquid phase was presented,The results show that the packing has the advantages of great flux,lower pressure drop,Excellent mass transfer performance in high liqiud load,The experimental results have reference value of industrial design.
