摘 要:在分析液固流化床性能的基础上,研制了一种新型煤泥分选分级机,阐述了它的工作原理与特点。以浮选尾煤为研究对象,分别进行了无顶水和有顶水的分选试验。结果表明,该分选分级机对浮选尾煤具有良好的分选降灰和分级效果。在底锥增加上升顶水的扫选环节有助于提高设备的分选分级效果,能够从高灰浮选尾煤中回收灰分28.48%,产率23.64%的+0.125mm低灰中煤,具有良好的分选效率,应用前景广阔。On the basis of the analysis of liquid-solid fluidized bed performance,a new type of separation classifier was developed and the working principle and characteristics of it wereanalyzed. In the coal flotation tailings as the study object, no top water and top water separation studies were testedrespectively. The results show that the separation classifier forcoalflotation tailings has good separation effect on reducing ash and grading. At the end of cone increasing rising top water scavenging process is helpful to improving the separation classification effect,andacquiringash 28.48 % recovery from high ash coal flotation tailing and 23.64 yield of +0. 125mm of low ash coal,with good separation efficiency and application prospect of wide.
