摘 要:目的分析禽流感病毒的变异情况及在职业暴露人群中感染状况的变化,发现感染来源,确定感染高危因素,监测禽流感病毒致病力和传播能力的改变,提供预警流感大流行依据。方法采集职业暴露人群血清标本用红细胞凝集抑制试验检测H5N1、H7N9抗体;采集环境标本用荧光定量PCR法检测禽流感病毒A型H5、H7、H9亚型核酸。结果采集职业暴露人群血清标本280份,H5N1、H7N9抗体均为阴性。家禽规模养殖场采集环境标本186份,阳性18份,阳性率9.7%;活禽交易市场采集环境标本98份,阳性15份,阳性率15.3%。结论常州市武进区禽流感职业高危人群尚未发现感染H5N1、H7N9病毒;家禽规模养殖场、活禽交易市场环境普遍存在禽流感病毒的污染,H5、H7和H9亚型是主要的病原体。Objective The aim of this study was to understand the variation of avian influenza virus,the change of infection status in occupational exposure population,and the risk factors of infection,to determine the change of virulence and transmission ability of avian influenza virus,and to provide the basis for early warning of influenza pandemic. Methods A( H5N1,H7N9) hemagglutination antibody of occupational exposure population was detected by hemagglutination inhibition test. Environmental samples were detected for avian influenza virus nucleic acid( Flu A,H5,H7,H9) by the real- time PCR method. Results All of 280 serum samples from occupational exposure population were negative for A( H5N1,H7N9)antibody. A total of 186 specimens were collected from poultry farm and 18 samples were found to be positive( positive rate of9. 7%). A total of 98 specimens were collected from live poultry market and 15 samples were found to be positive( positive rate of 15. 3%). Conclusion Occupational exposure population were not infected with H5N1,H7N9 virus in Wujin Changzhou. H5,H7 and H9 subtypes of avian influenza virus were exited in poultry farms and live poultry market.
