高中学生结核病综合健康教育短中期效果评价

摘　　要：目的评价综合健康教育对高中学生结核病防治知识态度行为改变的短中期效果。方法采取方便整群抽样方法,干预组学生进行综合健康教育,对照组学生进行常规结核病健康教育。在综合健康教育后1个月、6个月进行调查以评价健康教育效果。结果干预前干预组和对照组结核病防治知识总知晓率、正性态度总持率、正性行为总持有率无统计学差异(P>0.05);干预后1个月,干预组各率分别提高到88.6%、88.7%、91.3%,对照组分别为53.5%、61.6%、59.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后6个月,干预组各率分别为82.5%、83.1%、89.8%,对照组分别为49.8%、59.8%、63.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合健康教育对高中学生结核病防治知识态度行为水平提高显著,短中期效果好。Objective This work was to evaluate the short- and mid- term effect of comprehensive health education of tuberculosis to high school students. Methods With convenient and cluster sampling,students were recruited and allocated into an intervention group and a control group. The intervention group accepted comprehensive health education of TB while students in the control group accepted general TB education. The effectiveness was evaluated by measuring students ＇ TB knowledge,attitude and practice one month and six months after the intervention. Results The overall rates of tuberculosis knowledge,attitude and practice in the intervention group did not show statistically significant difference from those of the control group（ P〉0. 05） before the intervention. At one month after the intervention,the rate respectively was 88. 6%,88.7%,91. 3% for the intervention group,while for the control group it was 53. 5%,61. 6%,59. 8%,respectively,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. At six months after the intervention,the rate was 82. 5%,83. 1%,89. 8%,respectively,in intervened control,while for the control group it was 49. 8%,59. 8%,63. 6%,respectively,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The rates of tuberculosis- related knowledge,attitude and practice were significantly improved by comprehensive health education of tuberculosis in this study.
