摘　　要：目的探讨安普贴薄膜治疗康莱特所致静脉炎的效果.方法将52例静脉注射康莱特致静脉炎的患者随机分为实验组和对照组各26例,实验组应用安普贴薄膜外敷治疗,对照组应用50%硫酸镁湿敷治疗.结果实验组治疗总有效率为96.15%,对照组为76.92%.2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论安普贴薄膜外敷治疗康莱特所致静脉炎效果显著,值得临床推广使用.Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Algoplaque film on phlebitis caused by intravenous infusion of KLT. Methods 52 patients with phlebitis were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group was given Algoplaque film as therapy of phlebitis and the control group was treated with 50%magnesium sulfate. Results The total effective rate of experimental group was 96%, which had significant difference compared with the control group of 77%（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Experimental group get better therapeutic effect than control group. The therapy of Algoplaque film on phlebitis caused by KLT is worthy to be popularized.
