摘  要:静脉血栓溶解再通过程和创面愈合过程类似,都伴随有静脉壁的炎症反应,各种炎症细胞的浸润及新生毛细血管的形成.人和动物实验中均发现在血栓溶解部位巨噬细胞呈现明显的高度聚集状态,抑制单核巨噬细胞功能可抑制血栓的溶解过程,单核巨噬细胞在血栓溶解过程中具有重要作用,就单核巨噬细胞如何促进静脉血栓溶解再通及其机制进行如下综述.Recent studies have shown that the process of organization and recanalization of venous thrombus is similar to the wound healing process, both are associated with the venous wall inflammation, a variety of inflammatory cell infiltration and neovascularization. Remarkably, high concentrations of MCs/Mphs also are detected in the regions of recanalization, both in spontaneous human and in experimental animal thrombi,suppression function of mononuclear macrophages can inhibit thrombus dissolving process. Otherwise, a lot of experimental data suggest a role of blood- borne mononuclear cells, including mononuclear- derived macrophage in organization,vascularization,and recanalization of thrombi. Now this paper will review the mechanism and research progress of MCs/Mphs in promoting Vein Thrombosis organization and recanalization.
