摘  要:以港珠澳大桥组合梁桥面铺装试验段为例,选择3种不同型号溶剂型粘结剂作为防水粘结材料,通过现场检测试验,研究溶剂型粘结剂在水泥混凝土桥面铺装防水粘结层的应用状况。研究结果表明:对于同一种溶剂型粘结剂,人工涂抹施工粘结剂的拉拔强度高于喷涂机施工粘结剂的拉拔强度,不添加玻璃纤维粘结剂的拉拔强度高于添加玻璃纤维粘结剂的拉拔强度;GA10浇注式沥青混合料施工后产生大量气泡和鼓包,溶剂型粘结剂在GA10浇注式沥青混合料+防水粘结层+水泥混凝土基面组成的防水结构体系中应严格控制施工。With the test section of combined beam deck pavement of Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge,this paper selects 3 different models of solvent-based adhesives as waterproof binding material to study application of solvent-based adhesives in waterproof bond course of cement concrete deck pavement through site detection test. The results of study show that for the same solvent-based adhesive,the pull strength of adhesive constructed by manual smearing is higher than that of adhesive constructed by coating machine,and the pull strength of adhesive without addition of glass fiber is higher than that of adhesive with addition of glass fiber; GA10 cast asphalt mixture produces a lot of bubbles and bumps after construction,and construction of solvent-based adhesives in waterproof structural system of GA10 cast asphalt mixture + waterproof bond course + cement concrete surface course shall be strictly controlled.
