摘 要:南昌地铁1号线秋水广场站—中山西路站区间隧道工程是南昌市首个下穿赣江工程。该隧道地质条件极为复杂,地层透水性强,且与赣江水系连通,水压大,隧道覆土厚度最浅仅5.4 m(小于1倍隧道洞径)。覆土层主要为透水砂层,地层渗透系数为10-1级别。盾构穿越地层主要为泥质粉砂岩地层,土层粘性土体颗粒含量高,盾构机刀盘易结泥饼。该隧道泥水盾构穿越赣江的风险主要包括:1)强透水复合地层泥水盾构始发;2)泥水盾构穿越浅覆盖透水层,掌子面可能出现塌方、冒顶、涌水等;3)泥水盾构穿越泥质粉砂岩地层刀盘结泥饼;4)强透水复合地层带压换刀作业。为此,针对泥水盾构穿越赣江施工过程,深入系统地分析以上4方面风险,在此基础上提出4项风险控制措施。现场应用表明:风险控制措施合理可行,其可为泥水盾构成功穿越赣江提供保障,并创造显著的经济、社会效益。The tunnel project between Qiushui Square Station-Zhongshan West Road Station of Nanchang Metro Line 1 is the first project under-cross Ganjiang River in Nanchang. Geological conditions of the tunnel are extremely complicated,the stratum exhibits strong water permeability and connects with the Ganjiang River system at high water pressure,and the minimum thickness of covering soil of the tunnel is only 5. 4m( 1 times tunnel diameter). The covering soil is mainly permeable sand,and the permeability coefficient of stratum is class 10-1. The shield crossing stratum is mainly argillaceous siltstone stratum,the content of cohesive soil particles in soil layer is high,and cutterhead is vulnerable to mud cakes. The risks for slurry shield of the tunnel crossing the Ganjiang River mainly include: 1) Origination of slurry shield in strong permeable composite stratum; 2) Slurry shield crosses shallow covering permeable layer,so collapse,roof fall and water burst,etc. may occur to face; 3) Slurry shield crosses argillaceous siltstone stratum and mud cakes from on cutterhead; 4) Tool change operation with pressure in strong permeable composite stratum. For this purpose,this paper systematically analyzes the above 4 risks in allusion to the construction process of slurry shield crossing the Ganjiang River,and on this basis proposes control measures for 4 risks. The application on site shows that the risk control measures are reasonable and feasible,and can provide guarantee for successful crossing of slurry shield over the Ganjiang River and create remarkable economic and social benefits.
