竖转技术在海上斜拉桥钢索塔安装中的应用

摘　　要：港珠澳大桥九洲航道桥上塔柱采用整体竖转技术进行安装,解决了施工期航空限高问题,其施工过程安全高效,实现了索塔高精度安装。文中介绍了其竖转过程中应用到的关键工装设备、施工控制重点,以及塔柱对接工艺。The steel tower of Jiuzhou channel bridge in Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge is installed by the whole vertical transfer technology.The problem of height limits of aviation in the construction period is solved,and the construction process is safe and efficient,the high installation of the tower is realized.The application of the key equipment,construction control key points and tower docking process of the vertical rotation is introduced.
