摘　　要：通过介绍辽宁地域性特点和日常生活习惯,从考量精细、变化灵活、资源节约等方面,总结出中小型住宅应具有的特点,并探讨了套型功能的组织设计方式,使住宅空间的变化更加灵活,从而提高人们生活的舒适程度和居住空间合理利用程度。Through introducing Liaoning regional features and daily living habits,starting from aspects of specific survey,flexible change and resource saving,the paper explores housing function organization design methods,so as to make the residential space change more flexible and to improving people＇s living comfort and rationally using living space as well.
