摘　　要：结合延安新区的基本信息,介绍了轻型低层钢结构住宅的特点,分析了轻型低层钢结构住宅应用于延安新区中所面临的问题,并提出了解决方案,指出轻型低层钢结构住宅应用于延安新区是可行的。Combining with basic new Yan＇an region information,the paper introduces low-rise light steel structure residence features,analyzes the application problems of low-rise light steel structure residence in new Yan＇an community,puts forward solving schemes,and finally points out that： it is feasible for applying low-rise light steel structure residence in new Yan＇an community.
