摘　　要：根据教育部、国家发展改革委员会、财政部联合印发的《关于深化研究生教育改革的意见》(教研[2013]1号)的要求,在国家进行深化研究生教育改革的背景下,依据在高校从事贫困研究生资助工作的实际,分析目前工作中存在的贫困研究生产生原因多元与资助政策单一存在矛盾、认定的政策目标与执行效果存在偏差、认定标准和认定程序有待进一步完善的困境,从资助政策提供、资助体系设计和资助工作机制完善三个层面提出了对策。According to the requirements speculated in ＂the opinions about deepening the reform of postgraduate education＂ （File No.： [2013]1）jointly issued by the Ministry of Education, National Development and Reform Commission, and the Ministry of Finance, and based on the practice of China deepening the reform of postgraduate education and universities providing financial aid for poverty-stricken postgraduate students, this essay analyzes the problems of current practices of financial aid and proposes new measures from three levels： the provision of aiding policies, the designing of aiding system, and improvement of working measures.
