滋阴通络颗粒中柚皮苷的含量测定

摘　　要：目的：建立测定滋阴通络颗粒中柚皮苷含量的HPLC法。方法：采用Diamonsil C_（18）柱（200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）色谱柱;以甲醇-0.5%冰醋酸溶液为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温为30℃,检测波长为283 nm。结果：柚皮苷在0.086～1.72μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 5;平均回收率为99.54%;RSD为1.60%（n=6）。结论：该方法简便、准确、灵敏度高、重复性好、稳定性高,可作为该制剂含量的测定方法。Objective：To establish a method for determining the content of naringin in Ziyin Tongluo granules by HPLC.Method：The separation was performed on Diamonsil C_（18）（200 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）,and the mobile phase was consisted of a methanol-0.5% Glacial acetic acid with a flow-rate of 1.0 mL/min. The temperature was 30 ℃ and the detection wavelength was at 283 nm. Results：Naringin was in good linear in the range of 0.086～1.72 μg,r=0.999 5,and the average recovery rate was 99.54%,RSD =1.60%（n =5）. Conclusion：The method is simple,reliable and good repeatability and could be used for determination of the Ziyin Tongluo granules.
