新乡市区中学生田径课余训练开展现状调查研究

摘　　要：为提高新乡市区中学田径课余训练更好的发展,作者深入调查新乡市区中学田径课余训练的现状,并通过文献查阅,数理统计等方法进行分析,旨在明确其发展现状,剖析存在的问题,并针对该地区课余训练出现的问题,提出相应的发展对策与建议。结果表明:新乡市区十余所中学存在运动员选拔途径单一、范围较窄;教练员指导水平普遍较低;训练时间安排不科学;训练经费不足场地设施不完善等问题。本文通过分析整理提出建议,希望可对新乡市区中学田径课余训练提供参考,促进新乡市区中学课余训练更科学的发展。To promote better development of extracurricular track and field training in middle schools of urban Xinxiang,the paper carries out an in- depth investigation of the training situation of extracurricular track and field in middle schools of urban Xinxiang and analyzes with methods of literature and mathematical statistics. The paper aims to make clear the development status, analyze existing problems and propose corresponding development strategy and suggestion in accordance with problems in extracurricular training in this area. The results show such problems as single path and narrow scope of selecting athletes; generally low level of coaches;unscientific arrangement of training schedule and inadequate training venues,facilities and funding in more than10 middle schools in urban Xinxiang. By analyzing,sorting out and proposing suggestions,the paper aims to provide reference for extracurricular track and field training in middle schools in urban Xinxiang and to promote more scientific development of extracurricular training in middle schools in urban Xinxiang.
