摘　　要：一国知识产权制度的变革既带有本土色彩,又深受国际因素的影响。随着国际贸易形势变化,国家间竞争加剧,发达国家通过推动国际知识产权规则变革使自身利益最大化。对此,我国必须通过优化自身知识产权制度才能不致落伍。优化我国知识产权制度有着内在和外在的双重需求。The reform of intellectual property system is not only with local idiosyncrasies,and deeply influenced by international factors. With the development of international trade,science and technology,the developed countries are trying to push international intellectual property rules change to maximize their own interests. We should avoid behind the times by optimizing ours intellectual property system.
