流产后关爱服务对人工流产术后持续避孕指导的积极意义

摘　　要：目的研究流产后关爱服务对人工流产术后持续避孕指导的效果和意义。方法选择2013年9月至2014年8月在我院行人工流产术的女性100例,随机分为两组各50例。对照组给予常规术后指导,研究组给予术后关爱服务。统计两组人流术前和术后12个月避孕知识知晓率、避孕措施落实情况和非意愿妊娠重复性流产发生情况。结果人流术后12个月,两组的避孕知识知晓率均显著提高,且研究组改善幅度优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后12个月,两组正确使用口服避孕药物比例均明显提高,且研究组改善程度更显著,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);另外,术后12个月仅研究组不安全避孕、未避孕、放置宫内节育器等情况显著改善(P<0.05)。结论流产后关爱服务是提高女性人流患者避孕知识和避孕措施有效性的手段之一,效果较好,对维护女性生殖健康具有积极的意义。Objective To explore the effect and significance of care service on postoperative continuous contraceptive guidance after induced abortion. Methods 100 women implemented induced abortion in our hospital from September 2013 to August 2014 were randomly divided into two groups, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional postoperative guidance, the study group was given postoperative care services. The knowledge rate of contraception before and 12 months after induced abortion, conditions of contraceptive measures and conditions of repetitive abortion of unwanted pregnancy in two groups were recorded. Results 12 months after induced abortion, the knowledge rate of contraception, rate of oral contraceptive in two groups increased significantly, and the improvement degree of study group were better than those of control group, P 〈0.05. 12 months after induced abortion, the conditions of unsafe contraception, unprotected intercourse and intrauterine device insertion in study group improved significantly （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Care service after abortion is one of the tools to improve the contraception knowledge and effectiveness of contraceptive measures in abortion women, with good effect, which has positive significance for maintaining female reproductive health.
