品管圈活动对PICC导管置管患者并发症发生率的影响

摘　　要：目的研究品管圈活动对经外周静脉置入的中心静脉导管(PICC)导管置管患者并发症发生率的影响。方法选取我院2012年8月至2014年8月收治的124例肿瘤科患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,两组均为62例。观察组患者采取品管圈护理管理模式,对照组采取常规护理,比较两组患者置管后1月内并发症发生率及自我护理水平变化。结果置管1月后,观察组并发症发生率为4.84%,显著低于对照组的20.97%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组自我护理能力、健康知识、自护责任、自我概念及自护能力总分均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论品管圈活动有利于降低PICC导管置管患者并发症发生率,提高患者的自我护理能力,是较为可行的护理方式之一。Objective To study the effect of quality control circle （QCC） activity on the incidence of complications in patients with peripherally inserted central catheter （PICC）. Methods 124 patients in oncology department of our hospital from August 2012 to August 2014 were selected as research objects. All patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 62 cases in each group. The observation group was given quality control circle nursing management mode, while the control group was given routine nursing. The incidence of complications and changes of self-care in two groups one month after catheter were compared. Results One month after catheter, the incidence of complications in observation group was 4.84%, significantly lower than 20.97% of control group, with statistical difference （P〈0.05）; the scores of self-care ability, health knowledge, self-care responsibility, self concept and total scores of self-care ability in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group, with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Quality control circle activity is conducive to reducing the incidence of complications in patients with PICC, and can improve patients＇ self-care ability, which is one of the feasible way of nursing.
