舒适护理模式在新生儿重症监护病房早产儿护理中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察新生儿重症监护病房(NICU)早产儿护理中应用舒适护理模式的效果。方法回顾性分析2014年7月至2015年7月本院NICU收治的80例早产儿的临床资料,按照不同护理方法分为两组,对照组35例早产儿采用常规护理方式,观察组45例早产儿在此基础上采用舒适护理模式。对比两组并发症发生情况、住院时间以及住院费用。结果观察组并发症发生率为6.67%,显著低于对照组的40.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组住院时间与住院费用均显著少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 NICU早产儿护理中应用舒适护理模式的效果显著,可降低并发症发生率,减少住院时间与住院费用。Objective To observe the effect of comfortable nursing mode on premature infant care in neonatal intensive care unit （NICU）. Methods The clinical data of 80 premature infants admitted to NICU of our hospital from July 2014 to July 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients were divided into two groups according to different nursing method. The control group （35 cases） was given routine nursing, the observation group （45 cases） was given comfortable nursing mode on this basis. The complications, hospitalization time and costs of two groups were compared. Results The incidence of complications of observation group was 6.67%, significantly lower than 40.00% of control group, with statistical difference （P 〈0.05）. The hospitalization time and hospitalization costs of observation group were ＇significantly less than those of control group, with statistical difference （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Comfortable nursing mode has significant effect on premature infant care in NICU, and can reduce the incidence of complications, reduce the hospitalization time and hospitalization costs.
