摘　　要：本文通过观察和记录发生在我国台湾地区嘉义县朴子市的一场由民间团体发起的拯救"日新医院"老建筑的运动,论述了我国台湾地区建筑文化资产保存工作中民间力量所起到的积极作用,以及在我国台湾地区《文化资产保护法》中规定的房屋产权和文化资产管理部门所拉扮演的角色。此事件说明随着民众文化资产保存意识的逐渐增强,许多濒临消失的优秀历史建筑将得到很好的保护。Through the observation and record the preservation movement of ＂Rixin HosDtat＂ oto buildings asset launched by civil society in Chiayi County Taiwan, this paper discussed the active impact of civil society in architectural cultural heritage preservation, and the role o~ house owner and cultural assets management in ＂Cultural Heritage Protection Law＂. This event shows that with the gradual increased public awareness of the preservation of cultural assets, the disappearing architectural heritage will be pro- teoted.
