摘　　要：互联网时代的舆论传播更具有广泛性、复杂性和互动性,它时刻影响着人们的思维方式、价值取向和思想观念。互联网传播的诸多特点和复杂多变的国内外形势,要求高校学报主动为国家战略决策提供理论支撑。高校学报也有为国家战略决策提供理论支撑的光荣传统和雄厚实力。高校学报为国家战略决策提供理论支撑的质量,取决于路径的选择。高校学报应该明确方向定位,整合校内外科研队伍,搭建研究平台,加大对国家战略决策的解读和传播力度,营造国家战略决策传播的舆论氛围,为改革开放和社会主义现代化建设提供强大的理论支撑。Transmission of public opinion in Internet era, which is characterized as universality, com- plexity and interactivity, affects people＇s thinking model, value orientation and ethical concept at any time. Because of the features of transmission on Internet and the complicated situation at home and a- broad, university journals are required to provide theoretical support for national strategic decisions for- wardly. They have the strength to do so and it＇s also a glorious tradition. The quality of theoretical sup- port depends on selective routing. In order to offer powerful theoretical support for socialist modernization drive, university journals should make clear of the orientation, integrate internal and external research teams, build research platform, increase the intensity of interpretation and dissemination of national stra- tegic decisions, create atmosphere of public opinion for national strategic decisions.
