摘　　要：分析我国医院联盟的产生背景,并概括了我国医院联盟的特点、类型以及效果,在此基础上,从政府监管、联盟内部管理体制和医疗服务市场垄断3个方面,深入探讨我国医院联盟目前存在的问题与困境,并提出相应的改进建议。This article describes the background of hospital alliances in China,summarizes the characteristics,types and effects of Chinese hospital alliances,then analyses the dilemmas and problems of hospital alliances in China from three aspects：government regulation,internal management system of the hospital alliance and the market monopoly of the medical service,and proposes recommendations for improvement.
