摘  要:目的以居民认可度为视角,基于社会学习理论系统考察影响基层中医药服务质量的相关因素。方法将居民分为接受过中医药服务和未接受中医药服务两类人群,分别构建结构方程模型,并运用AMOS 17.0和SPSS软件对两套数据进行对比分析。结果通过结构方程模型分析,两组居民对于中医药认可度存在较大差异。结论 1中医药推广首先应该了解区域人群构成比例;2政策制定应具针对性,注意主次之分;3面向不同人群,推广的关键点不同。最后,基于上述结论对区域开展中医药服务改进和推广提供理论支持和政策建议。Objectives In the perspectives of consumer acceptance of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),the paper systematically reviewed the factors which affected the consumer acceptance of TCM in primary health care and constructed the corresponding structural equation model based on Social Learning Theory.Methods Local residents were divided into two broad categories:the one who received TCM service and who did not.Meanwhile,AMOS 17.0and SPSS were applied for comparative analysis.Results Through analysis of structural equation model(SEM),there were significant differences between the two groups.Conclusions ①It is important to explore the population feature of target region;②Policy system should be targetive for different regions;③The key point of promotion policy should be made different according to different population.Finally,this article introduces the policy recommendations of improving and promoting the service quality of TCM.
