上海某高校硕士研究生艾滋病知识及行为调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解并掌握高校学生对艾滋病传播途径、预防知识的知晓率及目前的性行为情况。方法采用整群抽样的方法,选取上海某高校硕士研究生一年级学生,共计309名。通过问卷调查了解基本人口学特征,艾滋病传播、预防相关知识等知晓情况及艾滋病危险行为及性行为等。结果学生掌握艾滋病的三大传播途径正确率均在95%以上。但在回答"蚊虫叮咬"和"共桌吃饭"等传播途径的正确率仅为29.1%,56.8%。有62.7%的人认为,艾滋病病毒感染者从外表是看不出来的。"使用安全套""一个性伴侣"的正确率分别为98.1%,97.4%。在第一次有性行为的人中,安全套的使用率为42.7%。结论在艾滋病三大传播途径知晓率中,研究生较大学生并没有较大的学历优势。性行为中的安全防护知识知晓率较高,但安全套使用情况不理想,还需加强健康教育及安全性行为的引导。Objectives To understand and master the awareness rate of college students to AIDS transmission,prevention knowledge and their current situation of sex.Methods A cluster sampling method was adopted and 309first-year graduate students from a university in shanghai were selected to conduct a questionnaire survey on their the basic demographic characteristics,awareness of HIV transmission,prevention and other related knowledge about AIDS risk behaviors and sexual behaviors.Results The three main route of AIDS transmission were known by more than 95% of students.But the correct rate about the transmission routes of＂mosquito bites＂and＂total table for dinner＂was only 29.1% and 56.8%.62.7% of people believed that HIV infection was not apparent from the outside.The correct rate of＂Use a condom＂and＂a sexual partner＂were 98.1%and 97.4%respectively.The rate of using condom was 42.7%in the first sex.Conclusions There is not much larger academic advantage in graduates about the awareness rate of the three main routes of transmission of AIDS.They have high security knowledge in sex,but the using of condom is not ideal.So it is necessary to strengthen the guidance of health education and safe sex.
