摘　　要："2011计划"是地方高校提升创新能力的重要机遇。地方高校协同创新中心建设既立足地方高校自身的发展现实,又关联着高等教育本身的价值追求。在建设过程中,我们要处理好三类关系:地方高校发展基础与未来愿景的关系,高校发展目标与社会需求的关系,区域发展需求与国家战略需求的关系。协调这三类关系,既需要加强对协同创新中心的培育,又需要适当规制。＂Plan 2011＂provides an important opportunity for local colleges and universities to enhance their innovation capacity.Collaborative innovation center should reflect the development reality of local colleges and universities,and meanwhile obey the values and pursuits of higher education itself.During the construction process,three types of relations should be handled properly,which include the relationship between developmental base and future development,developmental goal and social needs,regional development needs and national strategy needs.To handle these three types of relations wisely,we need to strengthen the cultivation of collaborative innovation centers,and regulate them properly as well.
