摘　　要：通过对"微文化"现象流行的透视与解读,探析"微文化"对在校大学生价值观、思想行为的影响;进而充分利用"微文化"弘扬大学精神,探索思政教育的创新思维和拓展途径,有效提升大学生党建工作的实效性。Through the interpretation on the popularity of ＂micro-culture＂, this paper explores the influence of ＂micro-culture＂ on enrolled university students＇ values, ideologies and behaviors, and then makes full use of ＂micro-culture＂ to highlight university spirit and explore the innovation ideas and expansion approaches of ideological and political education, so as to effectively improve the effectiveness of university students＇ Party construction.
