摘　　要：高校是选拔和培养青年马克思主义者和社会主义事业接班人的摇篮,提高大学生党员的发展质量是高校党建工作的重要内容。在大学生党员发展和管理的过程中,应从思想教育、制度保证、程序严格、注重后期教育等几个方面探索构建大学生党员质量保障机制。只有这样才能保持高校党建工作的生机与活力,永葆党员队伍的先进性。College is the cradle of selecting and training the young Marxists and successors of the socialism, and advancing the quality of the college Party members who are selected is the significant part of Party building in colleges and universities. In the progress of selecting and managing the college Party members, we should explore and construct the assurance system of the college Party members＇ quality from the aspects of ideological education,system assurance, strict procedure and attention on post education. Only in this way, the vitality of the Party building work in colleges and universities can be maintained, and the progressiveness of the Party member team can be retained permanently.
