校企联合专业硕士培养途径探究

摘　　要：为提升专业硕士研究生培养质量和创新技能,提出了以大学技术转移中心为桥梁、产学研合作为基地、校企联合三导师制联合培养方式和横向科技合作为途径,搭建校企联合专业硕士研究生的培养平台,增强专业硕士研究生的实践能力。为实现专业硕士研究生培养的可持续性,提出需要丰富校企合作培养专硕的政策体系,加强校企合作共同培养专业硕士研究生的过程管控和完善三导师的奖励机制。对校企联合培养专业硕士提出了可行的途径。In order to improve the quality, innovation skills and practical ability of professional masters, several ways were put forward to build a platform for the university-enterprise cooperative cultivation of professional masters, with university technology transfer center as the bridge, industry-university-research institute cooperation as the basis, university-enterprise three-tutor system as the way of cooperative cultivation, and transverse sci-tech cooperation as the approach. In order to make the sustainable cultivation of professional masters, this paper proposed that we should enrich the policy system for university-enterprise cooperative cultivation of professional masters, enhance the process management and control in the cultivation and improve the reward system for three-tutor system. And feasible ways for university-enterprise cooperative cultivation of professional masters were proposed.
