摘　　要：为了优化病原教学实验室安全管理,笔者从化学试剂管理、废弃物管理,以人为本理念的建立、生物安全理念的建立、规章制度的建立,内务管理,本科生安全培训等方面进行了探讨,力图建立一套可行完善的安全管理方法。To optimize the safety management of pathogenic biology teaching laboratories, the writers strive to establish a set of feasible and perfect safety management methods from chemical reagents management, waste management, the establishment of people-oriented concept, the establishment of biosafety concept,the construction of regulations and systems, the management of interior affairs, undergraduate safety training, and so on.
