摘　　要：随着医药产业转型升级的推进,药学类大学生就业面临更大的挑战。本文结合教育部对高校毕业生就业指导工作部署,积极探索新形势、新常态下就业指导教育教学策略调整,加强学生与高校、企业之间更有效的沟通,提升大学生综合职业素质能力,建立并完善全程就业指导和服务体系,为社会培养和输送高质量的药学类人才。With the transformation and upgrading of pharmaceutical industry, pharmacy students face greater employment challenges. Combined with the graduates＇ employment guidance by Education Ministry, this paper adjusts teaching strategies in the new normal and new situation, enhances students＇ effective communication with universities and enterprises, enhances college students＇ comprehensive quality, establishes perfect full employment guidance and service system, trains and supplies professional pharmacy students for the society.
