摘　　要：校友档案是高校档案的重要组成部分,是展现高校人才培养成就的重要资料,是校友与母校情谊的见证。高校发挥优秀校友档案资源的育人功能,有助于建设积极健康向上的校园文化,促进核心价值观在大学生心中真正落地生根,成为引领他们砥砺奋进的精神火炬,为实现中国梦汇聚青春力量。同时,也有助于提升友档案利用率,充分发挥高校校友档案的文化价值和社会价值。As important part of the university archives, alumni archives are important materials to show the achievements of the university talent training as well as the witness of the friendship between the alumni and the alma mater. Universities and colleges play the educational function of the outstanding alumni archive resources to help to build positive and healthy campus culture, promote the core values in the hearts of the students really taking root, become the spirit of the torch to lead their endeavors, to gather youthful strength to realize the Chinese Dream. At the same time, it also helps to promote the utilization rate of university alumni archives resources, and give full play to the cultural value and social value of college alumni archives.
