摘　　要：随着循证护理理念在中国的拓展与深入,临床护士逐渐认识到所有的临床护理决策均应以科学研究证据为基础。快速、准确的检索证据是循证护理实践的关键因素之一。循证护理文献检索包括"用证"和"创证"两个类型,"用证"过程中获取最佳的证据应该从等级最高的层次开始检索,"创证"的过程则相反。本文旨在介绍循证护理文献资源,如澳大利亚JBI数据库、Nursing Consult数据库、美国指南网、英国国家卫生与临床优化研究所、Cochrane协作网等机构。With the concept of evidence-based nursing has been introduced and penetrated into nursing practice in China, clinical nurses gradually recognize that all nursing decisions should be made based on scientific research evidence. It is one of key factors to retrieve evidence rapidly and precisely in evidence-based nursing practice. Literature retrieval in evidence-based nursing includes two types： evidence application and evidence production. The process of evidence application should be started at the highest level of evidence and process of evidence production should be started at the lowest level of evidence. This article is aiming to introduce the literature sources of evidence-based nursing, such as Australian JBI Database, Nursing Consult Database, USA National Guideline Clearinghouse, Britain＇ s National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence, and Cochrane Collaboration, etc.
