阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的 探讨阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病（冠心病）的临床疗效。方法 选取2013年5月~2014年11月于首都医科大学附属复兴医院收治的140例冠心病患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组70例。对照组患者在常规治疗基础上给予曲美他嗪,治疗组患者在对照组的基础上加用阿托伐他汀,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果、心绞痛发作情况、持续时间及不良反应。结果 治疗组临床治疗总有效率为97.1%,明显高于对照组（82.8%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组患者治疗后总胆固醇（TC）、三酰甘油（TG）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）水平明显低于治疗前,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）水平明显高于治疗前（P〈0.05）,与对照组治疗后比较,治疗组的改善效果更明显（P〈0.05）。治疗组的心绞痛每周发作次数和每次心绞痛持续时间明显少于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论 阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心绞痛安全有效,能够明显改善患者的心绞痛症状,改善患者的血脂情况。] Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of atorvastatin combining trimetazidine on coronary heart disease （CHD）. Methods CHD patients （n=140） were chosen from May 2013 to Nov. 2014, and randomly divided into control group and treatment group （each n=70）. The control group was treated with routine therapy and trimetazidine, and treatment group was additionally given atorvastatin. The clinical efficacy, angina attack and duration and adverse reactions were compared between 2 groups. Results The total effective rate was 97.1% in treatment group and 82.8% in control group （P〈0.05）. The levels of total cholesterol （TC）, triglyceride （TG） and low- density lipoprotein-cholesterol （LDL-C） was significantly lower, and level of high-density lipoprotein-cholesterol （HDL-C） was significantly higher in 2 groups after treatment （P〈0.05）, which was more significant in treatment group （P〈0.05）. The number of angina attack in a week and duration of every angina attack were significantly less in treatment group than those in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Atorvastatin combining trimetazidine is safe and effective in treatment of CHD angina, which can significantly relieve the symptoms of angina and improve blood fat status in CHD patients.
