摘  要:为提高小口径枪弹弹头长度和质量的检测效率和检测精度,研究了转子式弹头长度及质量在线快速检测分选技术,并在此基础上设计了弹头长度及质量在线快速检测分选系统。介绍系统的结构组成、在线长度及质量检测原理;通过对高速上料技术、转子式快速检测技术和螺旋转向等关键技术的研究,提高系统的在线快速检测分选的节拍和精度,并进行样机测试结果分析。分析结果表明:转子式弹头长度及质量在线快速检测分选系统对小口径枪弹弹头长度和质量的在线检测节拍可以达到240发/min,在该节拍下其长度检测精度为5×10-6 m,质量检测精度为0.01 g,小口径枪弹弹头在线检测的效率和检测检测精度有了大幅提升。The online rapid detection technology of warhead length and weight by rotor type was researched for improve efficiency and precision of detection of the small-bore bullet slug's warhead. And a system of online rapid detection for warhead length and weight was desired on the basis. The structure of the system and the principle of online length and weight detection were introduced on the paper. The beat and accuracy of the on-line detection and sort system based on some key technology were researched, such as technology of high speed feeding, technology of rapid detection by rotor type and technology of towards by spiral. The results of test by prototype show: The beats of length and weight on-line detection for small-bore bullet slug by system of online rapid detection for warhead's length and weight can reach 240/minute, the precision of length detection is 5×10-6 m, and the accuracy of weight detection is 0.01 g under the beat. The detection efficiency and detection accuracy of small-bore bullet warhead on-line detection have improved much by the system, and it is a technological breakthrough in cartridge detection. It has practical significance for improvement of quality and efficiency of cartridges production.
