摘 要:黑龙江某大型钼矿所产钼精矿含钼52%、铅4%,钼精矿铅含量超标,影响销售价格。为降低该钼精矿含铅量,分析了该钼精矿铅超标的原因,最终采用分级再磨工艺和巯基乙酸钠+CMC组合抑铅,成功降低了钼精矿中的含铅量。试验最终获得钼精矿含钼54.26%、铅0.14%,钼回收率94.71%的良好指标。A molybdenum concentrate produced by a large molydenum ore in Heilongjiang contains 52% of Mo and4% of lead,in which the content of Pb is over the excessive standards,which affects the selling price. In order to reduce the content of lead in molybdenum concentrate,by analyzing,the process of the classification and regrinding and combination process of sodium thioglycolate + CMC was adopted,which reduces the content of Pb successfully.At last,the molybdenum concentrate containing 54. 26% of Mo and 0. 14% of Pb was obtained. The recovery of Mo reached 94. 17%. The index was satisfactory.
