摘  要:采用硫酸铵焙烧法综合利用低品位氧化锌矿,将氧化锌矿与硫酸铵混匀后焙烧,熟料水溶分离得到溶出液和滤渣,滤液净化除杂后制备碱式碳酸锌和硫酸铵,碱式碳酸锌煅烧制备氧化锌,硫酸铵溶液蒸浓结晶返回焙烧氧化锌矿;滤渣转化法提铅、锶;提铅渣碱熔融提硅,水溶分离后得硅酸钠溶液和尾渣,溶液苛化制备硅酸钙和氢氧化钠溶液,氢氧化钠溶液蒸浓结晶返回焙烧提铅渣;尾渣回收铁。整个工艺过程实现了低品位氧化锌矿中有价组元的综合提取利用,又实现化工原料的循环利用。Zinc oxide ore was roasted by ammonium sulfate for comprehensive utilization. Zinc oxide ore and industrial ammonium sulfate were mixed uniform and roasted. The obtained clinker was digested and then filtrated to obtain solution and filter residue. The solution was purified to prepare basic zinc carbonate and( NH4)2SO4solution.Zn O was obtained by calcining basic zinc carbonate.( NH4)2SO4solution was crystallized and then returned to roasting process. Pb and Sr were recovered from residue by conversion method. Silica was extracted by alkaline molten roasting,and Na2 Si O3and residue were yielded through digestion and filtration. Ca Si O3 and Na OH solution were obtained by causticization,and then Na OH solution was crystallized and returned to molten roasting. Iron was recovered from residue. The whole process realizes comprehensive extraction and utilization of valuable elements in lowgrade zinc oxide ore andrecycling utilization of chemical material.
