摘　　要：回顾37例经全脑数字减影血管造影(digital subtraction angiogrophy,DSA)诊断创伤性颈内动脉海绵窦瘘(traumatic carotid cavernous fistula,TCCF)患者血管内介入治疗的临床资料,并分析其治疗效果。术后提示血管内介入治疗TCCF安全、有效,值得临床推广应用。The clinical material of 37 case with whole brain digital subtraction angiogrophy in the diagnosis of traumatic carotid cavernous fistula （TCCF） treated by endovascular embolization were collected, and its treatment effect were retrospectively analyzed. After operation, it showed that endovascular embolization is safe and effective, and worthy of clinical popularization and application.
