附桂骨痛颗粒对骨关节炎患者炎症因子的影响分析

摘　　要：目的分析附桂骨痛颗粒对骨关节炎患者免疫因子的影响。方法选取2014年7月~2015年2月于嵊州市中医院骨伤科收治的78例骨关节炎患者进行研究分析。所有患者均符合中华医学会骨科学分会制定的《骨关节炎诊治指南》,采用双盲、随机的方法将所有患者分为对照组41例和观察组37例。对照组患者采用醋酸强的松龙痛点封闭及玻璃酸钠关节内注射治疗进行治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗的基础上加用附桂骨痛颗粒口服。结束治疗后,对2组患者的炎症因子白细胞介素（IL-1）、白细胞介素（IL-6）、肿瘤坏死因子（TNF-a）、超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）和临床疗效进行对比分析。结果治疗后,2组患者IL-1、IL-6水平均较治疗前降低（P〈0.05）,且观察组患者的IL-1、IL-6水平均低于对照组（P〈0.05）;治疗后2组患者TNF-a、hs-CRP均较治疗前降低（P〈0.05）,且观察组的患者TNF-a、hs-CRP明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组患者治疗后总有效率为94.59%,明显高于对照组78.05%（P〈0.05）。结论附桂骨痛颗粒可有显著降低炎症因子IL-1、IL-6、TNF-a、hs-CRP水平,可有效抑制炎症因子对关节软骨的破坏,是一种安全且有效的治疗方法,应在临床中进行推广和使用。Objective To analyze of Fugui Gu Tong Granules on immune factors of patients with osteoarthritis. Methods From July 2014 to February 2015,78 cases of patients with osteoarthritis were admitted in hospital and were analyzed. All patients met the bone science branch of the Chinese Medical Association to develop a＂osteoarthritis treatment guidelines＂,double-blind,randomized method. All patients were divided into 41 cases in control group and observation group of 37 cases. Control group were treated with prednisolone acetate pain points and closed within articular injections of sodium hyaluronate treatment,the observation group were added Fugui Gu Tong Granules orally on the basis of controlgroup. After treatment,the two groups of patients with inflammatory cytokines IL-1,IL-6,tumor necrosis factor（ TNF-a）,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein（ hs-CRP） and clinical outcomes were analyzed. Results After treatment,levels of IL-1 and IL-6 were lower than pre-treatment（ P〈0. 05）,IL-1,IL-6 levels of patients in the observation group were lower than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）; Levels of TNF-a,hs-CRP post-treatment were lower than pre-treatment（ P〈0. 05）,TNF-a,hs-CRP in the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）; after observation group total effective rate was 94. 59%,significantly higher than 78. 05%（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Fugui Gu Tong Granules can significantly reduce inflammatory cytokines IL-1,IL-6,TNF-a,hs-CRP,effectively inhibiting inflammatory cytokines destruction of articular cartilage,which is a safe and effective treatment,it should be promotion and in clinical use.
