摘  要:目的观察中药瓜石汤联合来曲唑对多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者卵巢卵泡刺激素(follicle stimulating hormone,FSH)、黄体生成激素(luteinizing hormone,LH)及雌二醇(estradiol,E2)的影响。方法采用双盲、随机方法将73例多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者分为对照组36例和观察组37例。对照组予来曲唑治疗,观察组采用中药瓜石汤联合来曲唑治疗。治疗结束后,对2组患者的卵泡直径、LH、FSH及E2水平及妊娠率对比分析。结果观察组患者排卵前3、2、1及排卵日的卵泡直径均大于对照组(P〈0.05)。治疗后,与对照组比较,观察组患者LH与LH/FSH水平显著降低,E2水平显著升高(P〈0.05),而FSH水平差异无统计学意义。治疗后观察组患者妊娠率明显高于对照组(54.05%vs.30.56%,χ^2=4.124,P〈0.05)。结论中药瓜石汤联合来曲唑可明显提高多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者的妊娠率,有效调节卵巢LH、FSH及E2激素水平。Objective To explore the effect of Guashi dectoction combined with letrozole on follicle stimulating hormone( FSH),luteinizing hormone( LH) and estradiol( E2) in infertile women with polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods 73 cases of infertile women with polycystic ovary syndrome were double-blindly randomized the control group of 36 cases and 37 cases of observation group. The control group received letrozole,and observation group received Guashi dectoction combined with letrozole. After treatment,the follicular diameter,LH,FSH and E2 levels and pregnancy rate between two groups were compared. Results The follicular diameters in observation group 3,2 and 1 days before ovulation and ovulation day were significantly larger than control group( P〈0. 05). After treatment,compared with control group,the LH and LH / FSH were lower and E2 was higher in observation group( P〈0. 05),while there was no significantly difference in FSH. The pregnancy rate in observation group was higher than that in control group( 54. 05% vs. 30. 56%,χ~2= 4. 124,P〈0. 05). Conclusion Guashi dectoction combined letrozole could significantly improve the pregnancy rate in infertile women with polycystic ovary syndrome,effectively regulate ovarian hormones of LH,FSH and E2.
