补肾活血汤联合盐酸坦洛新缓释片治疗良性前列腺增生症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察补肾活血汤联合盐酸坦洛新缓释片治疗良性前列腺增生症的疗效。方法选取2014年2月~2015年5月,收治的75例良性前列腺增生症的男性患者进行研究分析。采用双盲、随机的方法将所有患者分为对照组37例和观察组38例。对照组给予盐酸坦洛新缓释片进行治疗,观察组给予补肾活血汤联合盐酸坦洛新缓释片进行治疗。结束治疗后,对2组患者的生活质量评分（QOL）、前列腺症状评分（IPSS）、最大尿流率（Qmax）、膀胱残余尿量（PVR）、前列腺体积、前列腺质量以及治疗疗效情况进行对比分析。结果治疗后观察组患者的QOL评分和IPSS评分均低于对照组（P〈0.05）;治疗后观察组的患者Qmax值明显高于对照组,PVR值明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组患者治疗后前列腺体积和前列腺质量均小于对照组,但是差异不具有统计学意义;治疗后观察组的患者总有效率为92.11%明显高于对照组72.97%（P〈0.05）。结论对于良性前列腺增生症的患者进行治疗时,采用补肾活血汤联合盐酸坦洛新缓释片联合治疗方法可以有效的提高患者治疗的疗效,且有效的缓解患者相关症状,其是一种安全且有效的治疗方法。Objective To investigate effect of Bushen Huoxue Decoction combined with Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained Release Tablets in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods 75 cases with benign prostatic hyperplasia from February 2014 to May 2015 were double-blindly divided into 37 cases in control group and observation group of 38 cases. Patients in control group was treated with Bushen Huoxue Decoction comined with Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained Release Tablets,patients in observation group. After treatment,the quality of life score（ QOL）,prostate symptom score（ IPSS）,maximum flow rate（ Qmax）,residual urine volume（ PVR）,prostate volume,quality and therapeutic efficacy of prostate conditions were compared analysis. Results After treatment,patients in observation group and the IPSS QOL scores were lower than control group（ P〈0. 05）. after two groups of patients were compared Qmaxand PVR,Qmaxvalue was significantly higher in patients in observation group,PVR was significantly lower than control group（ P〈0. 05）. Observation group patients after treatment of prostate and prostate volume were less than the quality of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant. therapeutic effect after two groups of patients were compared,patients in the observation group total effective rate was 92. 11% significantly higher than 72. 97%（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Bushen Huoxue Decoction comined with Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained Release Tablets can improve the efficacy of treatment and relieve symptoms of patients,which is a safe and effective methods of treatment.
