摘 要:熔结环氧粉末(FBE)涂层作为管道外防腐层已经有约五十年历史。近年来出现的低温固化型熔结环氧粉末,固化温度一般为160~190℃,较普通型环氧粉末低40℃左右。这类熔结环氧粉末能够降低涂敷能耗,适应苛刻的施工条件,在一些特殊管材和部位的防腐涂敷中应用前景良好。介绍了低温固化型熔结环氧粉末的配方原理、应用领域和应注意的问题,为其工程应用提供参考。经过分析得到如下结论:低温固化型环氧粉末可应用于高钢级钢管、含内涂层的钢管、厚壁钢管以及焊道补口等外防腐涂敷领域。但作为一种新产品,低温固化型环氧粉末的性能仍然有待改进和完善。Fusion bonded epoxy(FBE) coating has been used as anticorrosion coating of pipelines for about five decades.The curing temperature of recently developed low application temperature FBE is 160 ~190 ℃,which is about 40 ℃ lower than conventional FBE.The low application temperature FBE,which not only is an energy saving material,but also shows suitability for complicated conditions,has great application prospect in the anticorrosion coatings of some special pipelines and pipeline positions.Principles,application scopes and notes of low application temperature FBE are introduced.It will provide references for project application of low application temperature FBE.The following conclusions are obtained by summarizing and analyzing:Low application temperature FBE can be used as external anticorrosion coating for high grade steel pipeline,pipeline with internal coating,thick-walled pipeline and field joint.But as a kind of new product,the performance of low application temperature FBE needs to be improved.
