摘  要:生活饮用水水质安全是大家关注的焦点,而合理科学的水质标准是保证生活饮用水水质安全的重要保障。日本最新的生活饮用水水质标准共由三部分构成,即法定项目、水质目标管理项目和要检讨项目。其中法定项目和我国的现行生活饮用水卫生标准大同小异,但对溶解性固体和总硬度的限值更为严格和合理。水质目标管理项目中的农药指标共计120项,在世界上涵盖最多,同时有不少是既要求测定其母体农药,又要求测定其主要代谢产物。此外,要检讨的项目中包括了一些常见的环境干扰化学物质,如雌二醇、炔雌醇、双酚A、壬基酚等,但相应限值较高,其合理的限值范围还有待于进一步科学探讨。The quality and safety of drinking water is one of major concerns, and the feasible and scientific drinking water standards are of great importance to guarantee its quality and safety. The Japanese new drinking water standard is consisted of three parts. Among them, there is no big difference between Japanese and Chinese conventional parameters. However, the regulations in Japan for total dissolved solids and total hardness are stricter and more reasonable. There are as many as 120 regulated pesticides in Japan, which has the largest items in the world for pesticides. Meanwhile, the Japanese drinking water standard requires to monitor both the parent pesticides and its main metabolites. In addition, some items relating endocrine disrupting compounds such as estradiol, ethynylestradiol, bisphenol A and nonylphenol were newly added. However, the regulated concentrations are quite high, which are needed to be re-evaluated.
