摘 要:BIM技术因具有可视化、协调性、优化性、模拟性、可出图性五大功能而深受关注。在实际使用中,BIM不仅在设计阶段发挥至关重要的作用,并可以贯穿项目的初步设计、施工图设计、施工阶段等全寿命周期。BIM将大量数字化信息存储于模型中,借助其独有的共同协作平台可以增强沟通与协调,打破各专业间界限,BIM技术将改变传统二维设计的不足并会成为未来设计的主流方向。以实际项目为例,介绍BIM在污水处理厂设计中的应用。BIM technology has attracted much attention due to its five special functions including visualization, coordination, optimization, simulation and blueprint drawing. In practical applications. BIM is not only playing the important role in the phase of design, but also can cover the whole life of projects, including preliminary design, construction design and construction phase. BIM can store large amount of digital information in the model. With its unique common platform to enhance communication and coordination and break down the boundaries between the professionals, BIM technology will change the shortcomings of the traditional two-dimensional design and become the mainstream direction of the future design. The application of BIM technology in design of sewage treatment plant was introduced with an actual project.
