盘锦沥青厂综合废水预处理及深度处理工程实例

摘　　要：对盘锦沥青厂原有污水处理厂进行扩容改造。针对进水油含量高、水质水量波动大、有机物浓度高且可生化性差等特点,重点加强预处理及深度处理工艺的功能。预处理采用调节除油罐、混凝加载磁分离系统及气浮池组合工艺,深度处理采用高效澄清池、臭氧接触池、曝气生物滤池与后臭氧回流组合工艺,出水水质稳定达到辽宁省《污水综合排放标准》(DB 21/1627—2008)表1的要求。The expansion and renovation of the former wastewater treatment plant in Panjin asphalt factory were carried out. According to the characteristics of high influent oil, large fluctuation of influent quality and quantity, high organic concentration and poor biodegradability, the functions of pretreatment and advanced treatment process were enhanced. Pretreatment adopted a combined process of equalization and oil remover, loading coagulation magnetic separation technology and flotation tank, and advanced treatment adopted a combined process of high-efficiency clarifier, ozone contact tank, biological aerated filter, post-ozone contact and backflow. The effluent quality could meet the requirements in Table 1 of the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard of Liaoning Province （ DB 21/1627 - 2008 ）.
